Choice House is out of network with all insurance providers. Our program is 90 days — full stop — and our clinical approach isn’t something we’re willing to compromise to meet insurance requirements. That said, many of our clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits to offset a meaningful portion of the cost of treatment. Our team will work directly with you to verify your benefits and help you understand exactly what reimbursement may look like for your family.

If you’d prefer to speak to us first, we often prefer it too! Give us a call at 720-577-4422 and speak with a member of our small admissions team. Often families will just text us a picture of the front and back of their loved ones card, their full name and date of birth. We’ll begin the verification of benefits process and reach back out once we learn more.
